This royal blue and sand-colored Picture and Impression  Jasper triple-wrap stretch bracelet began as my interpretation of a sandy beach by the ocean. When I added the Sapphire rhinestone focal beads, it took on a bit of a buried treasure vibe.

One of my favourite summer activities is beachcombing for treasures, which for me amount to sea-glass and pretty stones. Who knows, maybe one day I'll uncover something valuable. Until then we have Sapphires in the Sand to remind us to never stop searching for buried treasure.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION:

The Summer 2020 Collection is all about our connection to (and dependence on) water. Summer, for me, means time by, in, or on the water, and this collection speaks of salty sea air and sand between your toes.

    ABOUT THE GEMSTONES:

Impression Jasper – This beautiful semi-precious gemstone is a composite of various natural jaspers using heat, pressure and often resin. The result is a beautiful ‘up-cycled’ stone in a rainbow of stunning colours. Impression Jasper is the perfect symbol of unity and coming together to form something beautiful despite differences.

Picture Jasper – This earthy gemstone often looks like it has tiny landscapes painted on its surface. It is believed to have grounding properties as well as close ties to the earth. If you’re a Lynx looking for her place in the world, a little Picture Jasper couldn’t hurt.
