Plum Blossoms - Plum Tourmaline Limited Edition Bracelet

Sold out

Plum Tourmaline faceted rounds and chunky Heishe beads are the dramatic gemstone feature in this limited-edition handmade bracelet.

I've named this bracelet Plum Blossom in celebration of this symbol of perseverance and resilience in many Asian cultures, particularly China. The plum blossom is often one of the first blooms to appear through the winter's snow.

I could only get my hands on one strand of these beautiful Plum Tourmaline in Quartz heishe beads, so there are only three of these bracelets in existence. The heishes (disk-shaped beads) are white Quartz allowing you to see the vibrant Plum Tourmaline inclusions, like beautiful plum blossoms peaking through the snow.

To separate the large disks, I used A-Grade Plum Tourmaline faceted round beads. These gorgeous plum beads are almost exactly Pantone's colour of the year, Viva Magenta.

Tourmaline also happens to be one of the birthstones for October (added incentive if you happen to be an October baby).

Tourmaline – This beautiful crystal has been linked to power and spirituality throughout history. Its colours range from black to green, blue, and pink. Although each colour has its own significance, Tourmaline is most often linked to the Heart Chakra and is believed to open the wearer to love and spirituality.
