December Birthstone Bracelet Set - Winter Wonders 2.0
I've had to alter this bracelet slightly from the original version (thus the 2.0). The 8mm Tanzanite Quartz beads are discontinued so they've been substituted for 10mm versions. Everything else remains the same. These are the final 8 bracelets to be added. When they are gone, this bracelet set will be retired for good.
December babies have some gorgeous gemstones to choose from. However, my choice for the December birthstone bracelet set collaboration with The Vivienne Files isn't one of them - exactly.
Tanzanite is one of the three December birthstones, but it's also one of the world's rarest gemstones. So when I spotted these stunning Tanzanite-coloured Quartz beads, I knew I found my December gemstone.
I know many of you may live in a part of the world where winter doesn't equate to snow. But here in Eastern Canada, it's pretty much a given. The Tanzanite Quartz reminded me of the colour of the sky just before snowfall. (It's on the blue side of light lilac or lavender.)
The bracelet stack consists of two Tanzanite Quartz bracelets accented with silver-toned polygon beads and a Tanzanite rhinestone rondelle for a flash of sparkle, and one is finished withEidlewiess charm.
Because the Tanzanite Quartz already puts me in a wintery mood, I decided to embrace it fully in the third bracelet in the set, which has all the winter vibes. I've used frosted crystal Quartz, snowflake beads, and faceted crystal beads with all the sparkle of icicles in the morning sun.

ABOUT THE GEMSTONES:
Quartz – Quartz is the mother of all crystals and has been used throughout history in cultures around the world. It comes in a vast range of colours from yellow to smokey grey to pink and purple. However, its most common form is a clear or slightly milky white gemstone. Quartz is said to be the most powerful healing and soothing crystal there is, so if you need a little help getting back on track, having Quartz nearby couldn’t hurt.
