South-Bound Lynx - Bracelet Set
It's been a few weeks since I designed North-Bound Lynx, the first bracelet in my Compass Point gemstone bracelet series. I figured it was about time to share the next one. Let me introduce you to South-Bound Lynx.
I may have mentioned (several times) it was a long cold winter here in New Brunswick, so I've been dreaming of tropical southern locations. (But honestly, when am I not?) South-Bound Lynx brings to mind Caribbean or Mediterranean shores with turquoise water lapping at white sand beaches.
For the water, I've used Banded Agate died a stunning turquoise blue. Because sand is never all one colour when you look at it up close, I chose Amazonite with its range of pastel shades. The bracelet set is finished with silver alloy beads and a platinum-plated compass charm.
Agate – Agate in all its forms is grounding and connects you to Mother Earth. I love working with Agate because of the wide range of colours, from rich greens to rusty red to pretty purples. Agate’s makings can be swirling spirals, distinct bands and stripes, or splashes of colour. Use agate to centre and balance your energy and reconnect to nature.
Amazonite - This gemstone comes in a variety of calming pastel colours and promotes healing - inside and out. While Amazonite is said to help heal physical ailments, it is also a powerful emotional healer. We love a good two-for-one!
