Walk on the Beach - Gemstone Bracelet Set
The Walk on the Beach bracelet stack is my love letter to the seaside, written in Pink Opals, Lilac Kunzite, and Turquoise Terra Agate.
The idea for this bracelet germinated back in the spring when I received my order of stunning Sea Urchin glass beads from Grace Lampworks. They paired perfectly with Kunzite (a stone I was keen to work with), and the set grew from there.
Pink Common Opals are matched with handmade Indonesian beads, and Turquoise Terra Agate appears in rounds and rice (tube) beads. Each bracelet is accented by silver-plated spacer and filigree beads.
The salty sea air produces negative ions, which help improve your mood and boost your energy. So while the Walk on the Beach bracelet may not give you an energy boost, I hope it will at least put a smile on your face and remind you that Mother Nature is our best mood enhancer.

ABOUT THE GEMSTONES:
Kunzite – this pretty stone is typically found in shades of pink or mauve but can appear in coral and orange shades too. Because of its calming colours, it’s often connected to the heart chakra and emotional awareness. This is a relatively rare stone and a great conversation starter. Learn more about Kunzite here.
Pink Opal – This pretty pink version of Opal comes primarily from Peru (but also Mexico) and is sometimes called Peruvian Opal for this reason. The shades range from almost white to deep salmon or coral with loads of spots and banding in darker colours. The name Opal comes from the Sanskrit Upala, which means precious stone. Opals are believed to promote tranquillity, and with these soothing colours, it's easy to see why.
Terra Agate – This gemstone is natural Agate that has been etched and colour enhanced in a similar way to traditional Tibetan dZi Agate beads. Colours are typically blue-green shades marbled with rich browns and greys. Because this is natural Agate, it retains the grounding and centering properties of all Agates, while its soothing colours remind us of calming waters and spring breezes.
