If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method for a restocking fee of $5.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be carefully repackaged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Mail items to: Fierce Lynx Designs, 8850 Route 102, Public Landing NB, E5K 4L5
- Please email me to notify me of the return and include the reason for the return and the date shipped
- On the customs declaration line, please add "Returning purchase" so duty charges are not incurred. (For USA & OVS customers only)
Additional Information:
- Refunds to your original payment method will be completed within 3-5 days of receipt of your return.
- Lost or damaged returns will only be partially refunded
