Shipping Schedule
To keep costs down, we normally ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During peak holiday times, shipping frequency may increase based on demand.
Free Shipping For Our Fiercest Lynxes
We're thrilled to offer free shipping options to both our Canadian and U.S. customers. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Fierce Lynx Designs.
Shipping Within Canada
- Flat-Rate Shipping: For all orders under $100 CAD, we offer flat-rate tracked and insured shipping with Canada Post for $20.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (after discounts and before applicable taxes). Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and include tracking and liability insurance up to \$100.
- Delivery Times: Expect Canada Post delivery times to range between 4 to 12 business days.
Shipping to the USA
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to U.S. orders under $125 CAD.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the USA on orders of $125 CAD or more (after discounts and before applicable taxes). Orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA and include tracking and liability insurance up to $100.
- Delivery Times: Canada Post advises delivery times of 4 to 7 business days, not including customs related delays.
International Shipping
- Standard Rates: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at the Canada Post rate.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD will ship free.
- Tracking and Insurance: International packages do not include tracking or insurance by default. Please select Tracked Packet International at checkout if you require these features.
- Additional Fees: Be aware that international orders may be subject to taxes and/or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
USA & International Orders, please note: While it is not often the case, shipments can be held up at your country's border/customs for inspection causing delivery delays and import duties or taxes may be charged. You are responsible for any additional import fees incurred by your shipment.
