Earth-tone lovers rejoice. January's special edition gemstone bracelet with The Vivienne Files is designed just for you. The Pantone colour of the month is Caramel; a warm brown shade that screams coziness.

For me, the colour brown brings to mind several things I love - coffee, chocolate, and, yes, caramel. All of these shades and more are found in the gorgeous Australian Agate used in this month's gemstone wrap bracelet. Some of the stones even include shades of pink, mauve, and mustard, in addition to browns from cream to chocolate. Are you hungry yet?

I've paired the agate with natural Fossil Agate beads with a frosted finish. The texture of these pale cream beads is soft and touchable. While their colour is fairly uniform, some contain traces of grey and brown from the ancient fossil coral that created them.

The Caramel Latte wrap bracelet is grounding and calming, with soothing warm tones to get you through the coldest of months.

About the Gemstones:

Agate – Agate in all its forms is grounding and connects you to Mother Earth. I love working with Agate because of the wide range of colours, from rich greens to rusty red to pretty purples. Agate’s makings can be swirling spirals, distinct bands and stripes, or splashes of colour. Use agate to centre and balance your energy and reconnect to nature.

Fossil Agate – This is actually coral that has turned to agate over 20 million years. This shouldn’t be confused with endangered coral reef coral and is much harder than precious coral. Fossil represents longevity. Let it remind you to endure and stand the test of time.
