Lily of the Nile - Bracelet Set
The Lily of the Nile three-bracelet set in purple and turquoise blue uses amethyst, plum tourmaline, and purple fossil coral beads highlighted by bright turquoise Amazonite.
Lily of the Nile, also known as Agapanthus, is a gorgeous statement flower in shades of purple or blue. This bracelet set combines a variety of soft lavender and purple gemstones with splashes of bright turquoise blue Amazonite.
The focal piece of this three-bracelet set is rectangular fossil coral. While I don't often use colour-enhanced beads, preferring to highlight the gems' natural colours, fossil coral benefits from colour enhancement, allowing the tiny fossils' details to shine through. In this case, the purple dye accentuates the little grey sea creatures trapped in the stone. I've highlighted the central bracelet with 10mm AAA-grade Amazonite beads and 6mm plum tourmaline.
The complementing bracelets use Dog Teeth Amethyst in pale lilac purple and white, punctuated with the hits of bright teal blue from Amazonite chips. The set is accented with silver-plated shapers and bead caps.
