Sapphire Seas is a single-stretch bracelet combining Rainbow Sapphire and freshwater shell beads with silver accents.

As Sapphire is the September Birthstone, I wanted to offer another, more delicate option for our September Lynxes. I fell in love with these beautiful Rainbow Sapphire beads and chose them in 6mm (slightly smaller than my usual 8mm beads) to pair with off-white shell beads.

Although we think of Sapphires as deep blue, as part of the corundum family (like Rubies), they occur in a range of colours, including all shades of blue, purple, and grey. These Rainbow Sapphire beads encompass the full colour range.

Sapphire Seas is a dainty, easy-to-wear accent on its own, or stack it with your other favourites and create your own perfect set.

ABOUT THE GEMSTONES:

Sapphire - Although we associate sapphire with its rich blue colour, this form of the mineral corundum comes in just about every colour of the rainbow. Sapphire is believed to be the “wisdom stone” and, throughout history, has been associated with royalty and the clergy. Sapphire is supposed to focus the mind from unwanted thoughts like depression and tension. It’s also a symbol of loyalty, which may be why Sapphire represents the 45th anniversary.
