April’s traditional birthstone may be the diamond—prized, glittering, and sometimes controversial—but here at Fierce Lynx, we like to celebrate the beauty of alternatives. For this collaboration with The Vivienne Files, I’ve chosen Quartz, the “Mother of all Crystals,” to honour April in a way that’s elegant, accessible, and full of renewal.

The Bracelet Set

This three-piece set highlights Quartz in multiple forms, each with its own unique charm. Rock Crystal Quartz, the rarest and clearest variety, shines with flawless transparency. Crackle Quartz adds depth and texture, its intricate internal patterns catching the light in fascinating ways. To bring in the fresh spirit of spring, I’ve included dark teal dyed Quartz in diamond-cut beads, adding a vibrant pop of colour. Tibetan silver alloy spacer beads and two delicate hollow filigree blossom beads complete the design, tying the set together with a nod to the season of renewal.
