Empowered Lynx - Gemstone Bracelet Set

The Empowered Lynx bracelet set highlights the many colours in Chrysocolla by combining them with Bronzite, Ocean Wave Jasper and Calsilica Jasper.

March's collaboration with The Vivienne Files focuses on Chrysocolla, a gemstone I've been transfixed with recently. Most known for its blue, green and turquoise hues, Chrysocolla contains many other colours, like reds, greys, and browns.

While we don't often pair grey and brown together in our wardrobes, chrysocolla does this naturally (and beautifully). I chose to highlight that pairing with the addition of Bronzite, a golden to a reddish-brown gemstone, and grey Ocean Wave Jasper. Calsilica Jasper rounds further combine the blue-turquoise shades with red-browns.

The name, Empowered Lynx comes from the traditional association of Chrysocolla with feminine energy and power. Each bracelet set includes not only Chrysocolla chips but six double-terminated prism beads, believed to channel and enhance the stone's energy.

Bronzite – This gemstone gets its name from the bronze shimmer it displays when polished. The Romans used its powdered form to protect against mental illness and confusion.
